Our Senpai birthday package will be for 12 kids and the birthday boy / girl’s parents can be inside to oversee and watch the session. The whole facility will be exclusively reserved for the party. A 2 hour session where we have games, climbing high walls and taking on obstacle course challenges. First we start by teaching skills such as climbing, swinging, floor skills, and we pick up the pace by adding fast moving games in. Finally we finish it off with our Ninja obstacle course to burn that energy! We will provide some light snacks like cookies and drinks for the session. Cake cutting and cupcakes allowed (but not provided) and other snacks for the kids.
We can cater for up to 18 kids for our gym, and each additional pax on top of the 12 pax package will be at $45.00 per pax.
In addition to awesome stuff from the Senpai Package, our Sensei package takes it a step further! We have a real ninja come to put on a performance during the birthday breaktime! The ninja will do tricks, toss out candies, and as a special treat, takes the birthday child on a “ special mission” to perform certain obstacles together to retrieve a prize. This special package also includes goodie bags for all of the kids! This price is inclusive of up to 12 kids. Additional kids can be added at $65.00 / pax, up to 18 kids.
We can cater for up to 18 kids for our gym, and each additional pax on top of the 12 pax package will be at $65.00 per pax.
We can also arrange a photographer for this special birthday. Cost of the photographer is an additional $250.00.

Parents of the birthday child are more than welcome to stay for the party. For guests who are 4yo and above, it will be a drop-off party and parents of guests may watch the party from a designated area as advised by the gym staff. For any invited guests who are less than 4yo, it will be parent-assisted and socks will be required to be worn by parents around the gym premise.
The minimum age will be 1.5 years old, but he / she must be accompanied by an adult.
Yes, that is possible. It is encouraged for the guests to not have too big age gap, but our experienced coaches hosting the party is able to adjust the difficulty level of the games / challenges to make it fun for everyone!
You may arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you arrive any earlier, the facility may not be ready due to other classes / events occurring before yours. We will start checking participants in and issuing in-house shoes. To facilitate the check-in process, kindly ensure the waiver is completed prior to you arriving.
We will be decorating the facility with Ninja-themed balloons and birthday banners. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. A table will be set up for the snacks. A customised e-invite will also be given for the party.
We will provide light snacks such as cookies and fruit drinks for the party. Feel free to bring birthday cup cakes and some other snacks for the party too!

It is a 2 hour party where we have interactive and engaging fun games, skills stations, obstacle course challenges for the first 1.5 hours, followed by cake cutting and refreshment in the last 30 minutes of the party.
The whole facility will be exclusively reserved for the party.
We provide nuts-free cookies and fruit drinks for the session. Do note to check with the parents of the invited guests if they have any dietary restrictions / allergies prior to the event.
A safety waiver form is required to be completed prior to the party for first time visitors. Do wear comfortable stretchy attire for the event.
Please bring a bottle of water and a pair of normal (non-grip socks) for the session. In-house shoes will be provided for the session.
Water and socks can also be purchased over the counter.

Cancellation:
For any cancellation 1 month prior to the date of the party, payment already made for the party will be converted to store credits.
For any cancellation less than 1 month but more than 2 weeks from date of party, 50% of the package price will be forfeited, and the remaining amount will be converted to store credits.
For any cancellation 2 weeks or less from date of party, 75% of the package price will be forfeited, and the remaining amount will be converted to store credits.
Rescheduling:
For any rescheduling 1 month before the date of the party, rescheduling can be done at no extra cost. Rescheduled party date should be within 3 months of the original party date, and subject to availability of the gym.
For any rescheduling less than 1 month but more than 2 weeks from date of party, an additional fees of 30% of the party package price will be charged. Rescheduled party date should be within 3 months of the original party date, and subject to availability of the gym.
For any rescheduling 2 weeks or less from date of party, an additional fees of 50% of the party package price will be charged. Rescheduled party date should be within 3 months of the original party date, and subject to availability of the gym.
Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
Birthday parties are typically hosted on weekends afternoons. If you have other requests, contact us to check our availability!
Yes, for sure! Do note that there will be an additional 25% surcharge on birthday parties that falls on a public holiday.
Unfortunately, we do not have the appropriate licence for alcohol consumption within the gym. Hence, alcohol is strictly prohibited in the premises of the gym at all times.
All party attendees must leave the venue no later than 10 minutes after the party’s scheduled end time to allow us to prepare for the next subsequent class / party. Surcharge of $50 will be charged for every subsequent 15 minutes or part thereof.
The price of the package includes cleaning of the gym after the party. However, there will be an additional $150 cleaning fee charged if there is excessive cleaning required due to confetti / glitter / broken glass brought into the gym. Hence, please note that any glassware, decorations with confetti or glitter, or pinatas are strictly not allowed in the gym.
