Mike Bozek

12-years of professional training experience, Mike earned a Kinesiology degree from the University of Winnipeg in 2006 and has been personal training ever since. He was a nationally ranked junior tennis player and provincial level soccer player.

Stephanie Bozek

Stephanie was a competitive swimmer at the regional, provincial and national levels.  She was awarded a scholarship for swimming in California where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.  She transferred her love for swimming into the weight room and has competed on the provincial, national level, in women’s bikini.

Sage Sturgeon

Sage has been involved in health and fitness since the age of 7 when he started competitive swimming.  After a 13 year career, competing internationally on the varsity team at UVIC, he retired and began shifting his interest towards the gym. Subsequently he became a nationally ranked bodybuilder by the age of 25. After earning his Kinesiology degree in 2017, Sage is looking to change people’s lives for the better and share his passion for fitness with clients.

Irvin Sandhu

Irvin is completing his final semester as a Kinesiology student at Simon Fraser University. He grew up playing soccer and later transitioned in boxing. His specialties include strength & conditioning, and injury rehabilitation. Irvin uses his understanding of biomechanics to help people optimize their training program.

Kevin Van Aert

Kevin has had a passion for being a Ninja ever since he started training parkour in 2011. Martial arts tricking and parkour has become a part of Kevin’s life. Through these sports, Kevin has found a strong desire to encourage others to have fun while living an active lifestyle.  Since 2013, Kevin has been involved in working with young people, and wants to use these skills to make them in Ninja Warriors.
